Cancellation & Refund Policy
At New Horizon Travel and Tours LLC, Dubai, we strive to provide seamless experiences for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our operational partners.
1. Standard Cancellation Charges
Unless otherwise specified on your booking voucher or the specific product page, the following cancellation fees apply to all bookings:
- Up to 2 days prior to the activity date: 100% Full Refund.
- 2 days or less, or No-Show: No Refund will be applicable.
Note: We strongly encourage all guests to carefully review the specific cancellation terms listed on their New Horizon Travel and Tours voucher, as those terms remain the final authority for that specific booking.
2. Force Majeure & Unusual Circumstances
New Horizon Travel and Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking under extraordinary circumstances. While we do not cancel "Guaranteed Departure" products, exceptions are made in cases of Force Majeure. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural or nuclear disasters, fire, or adverse weather conditions.
- War, riots, civil strife, or terrorist activity.
- Industrial disputes or flight cancellations.
- Any other external circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases where we are unable to provide the service booked, all payments received (less any insurance premiums paid) will be returned to the client. Alternatively, guests may be offered a holiday of a comparable standard or an alternative date. Please note that additional compensation is not available for cancellations caused by Force Majeure.
3. Operational Safety & Weather
New Horizon Travel and Tours LLC, or our authorized suppliers, may cancel an activity without prior notice if weather conditions, governmental actions, or unforeseeable external circumstances make the activity impossible, substantially difficult, or endanger the safety of our guests.
